Story Behind The Game
The inspiration for Counting Cats began three years ago with the designer’s first-born son, Hanan.
Board games had always been a big part of his life, and he dreamed of one day sharing that joy with his son. When Hanan was old enough, he wanted a game that could bring them together—not just to play, but to learn, laugh, and create memories as a family.
With that in mind, he designed Counting Cats to be simple enough for a toddler to enjoy, yet engaging enough for the whole family to play together. Every part of the game was created with one goal: to turn learning and family time into something fun and memorable.
Now, watching Hanan play Counting Cats has made him realize that the time is right to share this little labour of love with the world. Created for the most important people in his life, Counting Cats is ready to find a place on family tables everywhere.
